Allow me to introduce myself. I'm a former data analyst who worked for an engineering company, where we were tasked with developing a fast breeder - a nuclear power plant with a small footprint. Safety was of the utmost importance, as the consequences of even a small error could be catastrophic.
To ensure that we achieved consistently good results, we employed a rigorous checking process - one that I've since transferred to the realm of parenting. I firmly believe that, in order to be effective parents, we need to approach the task with the end in mind. We must have a clear understanding of what we want to achieve and how we plan to get there.
This approach is not dissimilar to the scientific method, which is based on identifying the overall result you're seeking and then working backwards to determine the contributory factors necessary to achieve that result. Science is guided by natural laws and timeless principles, and I believe that these same principles can be applied to parenting.
By combining a problem-solving mindset with a deep respect for natural laws and principles, I believe that we can create a parenting approach that is both effective and fulfilling. I'm excited to share my insights and ideas with others who are also passionate about improving their parenting skills.
